How can I extend an antique two faucets.?

I have a antique washstand that I am trying to change into a bathroom sink. I bought two antique faucets, cold and hot. They are too short for the vessel sink. I would like to get them taller because I love the antique look. Are there extension that can do this? If yes how do they work?
