If you shut the water off and keep going round to make it tighter,, the handle loosens and the water is back on full force.. I have taken it apart before what part should I get to repair this? It’s a 10 inch spread bathtub faucet. "Very old"

The cartdrige goes deep into the handle pipe, and cannot be loosend , need a puller at least as long as the cartdrige.
