What type of tub faucet do I have?

I believe my tub is called a garden bath. I want to try and replace the fixture myself but I can’t find anything similar to what I have. The faucet handles are on the top side of the tub with the thing you pull to switch it from tub filling to shower. The shower head is obviously mounted on the wall but the tub faucet is wide and very flat and located on the inside tub wall below the faucet handles. I do know they are made by kohler but I can’t find anything similar to it. does anyone know what style this is and if I can replace it with something different?
